Artist's Description
As a bored passenger in a car being driven down the highway at about 65 mph, I was experimenting with my cell phone, taking pictures through the car's tinted sun roof. My peripheral vision registered movement in the sky so I instinctively hit the shutter. The birds appear to have paused in mid-flight to pose for the shot! This photograph won Second Place in the "People's Choice" exhibition at Art on 12 Gallery and Studios in February, 2016.
